This month, we warmly welcome Central Allstars to our Club Focus spotlight! Based on the Central Coast, this cheerleading club are a tight-knit community built on positivity, support, and passion.
1. How did your club begin?
Central Allstars began in 2016, after the gym owner Lauren moved to the Central Coast and no gym was here. CA started from humble beginnings in a small gym space on 2 mats.
Giving each gym girl wings to their own space — cheer on the Coast is slowly growing + CA is a family-friendly club teaching kids cheer + life lessons in a safe space!
2. How many students do you currently teach, and what age groups or levels do you cater to?
We have 9 cheer teams ranging from 4 years to 14 years. Our cheer teams are from Novice to Level 4 and we have one international team training for NCA next year.
3. Do you offer any inclusive programs for children with different abilities or needs?
CA is inclusive of anyone wanting to be part of the program.
4. What is your club's mission statement?
At Central Allstars, we are more than a cheerleading club — we are a family. Our mission is to create a safe, supportive environment where athletes of all levels can grow through teamwork, life lessons and fun. Guided by qualified coaches, we inspire confidence, commitment and a lifelong love of the sport.
5. What are some objectives of your club?

6. What are you most proud of in your club?
The culture, team spirit, happy vibes and that we are more than a sport. Kids call us their second home and feel safe!!
7. Are there any goals for your club in the future?
To continue being the best role models we can.
AND… to go to Worlds one day!
8. Why do you think your club is important to families and your community?
We are important to our families because we care + value every kid in this gym. We have a respectful culture that is felt + we are the only club on the coast! We also love what we do and feel truly grateful!
9. What piece of advice would you give to a gymnast/student?
My advice would be to follow your dreams, never give up, believe in yourself and don’t be afraid to speak up. Even when things appear hard or you have an off day… keep going 😊
