Common Questions

We ship orders Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays if items are out of stock. This happens rarely, and we will notify you if this is the case.

Once we ship your gear, it'll get there in about 2-5 days for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, 4-6 days for Adelaide, 7-10 days for Perth, and a little longer for NT and isolated regional areas.

We use Cope Sensitive Freight or TOLL for delivery of all bulky items, and Australia Post or Aramex for everything else.

We only ship within Australia, apologies for those from outside of Australia looking to buy our goods.

If a particular item is out of stock it is generally mentioned on our website. We do offer a pre-order option on many items that do become out of stock, so you can still secure your items before they even arrive at our warehouse!

If you have made an order and one of the items becomes out of stock we will contact you to make other arrangements.

The Gymnastics Direct warehouse is located in Beresfield in NSW, approximately 30 minutes from Newcastle and 2 hours drive north of Sydney.

We have Australia's biggest gymnastics equipment showroom, and are open to the public 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Yes we ship Australia wide! If the items are in stock, we dispatch same/next day from our warehouse in Newcastle, NSW. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

If you see an error message upon checking out, please try again and let the system autofill your address. If that doesn't work, send us an email at info@gymnasticsdirect.com.au with the items you want to purchase along with your contact and shipping details so we can send you a manual invoice.

If it says PRE ORDER on the product title, it means we are currently out of stock of that item but it's still available for purchase. Once we have that item back in stock, we will ship that out to you straight away and you have priority over new orders.

General Questions

We understand that you can find an item you love, only to find out that that item is no longer in stock.

If an item becomes out of stock it is listed as 'sold out' or 'pre order' on our website.

There are some instances where an item may become out of stock after you have placed an order. If this happens we will contact you to organise a refund, or alternative resolution.

All items sent with Cope Sensitive Freight & TOLL will be tracked, and a tracking number should be provided to you via the email address associated with your order. Items sent with Australia Post are generally not tracked, unless the customer requests express or priority service, and pays the associated fees.

This website accepts Bank deposit, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Afterpay, and Zippay. We also accept cash payment at the warehouse.
