    *Palm Guard Sizing Chart: 

    Measure your hand from the base of the palm to the base of the middle finger.

    • Extra Small: under 7.6cm
    • Small: 7.62 - 8.89cm
    • Medium: 8.89 - 10.16cm
    • Large: 10.16cm +

    Bar Loops Sizing depends on:

    • Circumference of the athlete’s wrist,
    • The diameter of your bar rail (as home bars can be manufactured in different sizes depending on the supplier).
    • The amount of padding used under the loops. (Will you be using grips, wrist bands, etc).

    Please consult your coach for correct sizing as incorrect sizing can lead to serious injury.
