Wall/Stall Bar

Exclusive to Gymnastics Direct! Our Wall/Stall Bar is a fundamental piece of any serious gymnastics training regimen. Stall bars also called "Swedish wall barres", are often used for other strength training programs as well as for physical therapy and sports medicine.

Whether you plan to use your stall bars for gymnastics, bodyweight exercises, mobility training, physical therapy, or spinal correction, these strong and sturdy wooden stall bars are the perfect addition to your set up. They can be used for a wide variety of exercises to help with stretching, motor rehabilitation, muscle strengthening, even pre-habilitation and doing exercises for injury prevention.

Dowels are 40mm thick, and 200mm apart. Beechwood construction and 150kg weight limit. Attachment points for the Gymnastics Direct Wall Bar are floor and wall. One point must be attached to the floor. Included with the wall bar unit are brackets, braces and tension bolts to attach the wall bar to concrete/brick walls and floors. It can also be attached to wooden beams and floors, wood bolts for this purpose are not included and will need to be purchased separately. A power drill will be needed to install the Gymnastics Direct Wall Bar.

You'll need a power drill to install the Wall/Stall Bar. Brackets, braces and tension bolts for concrete or brick walls and floors are included, so most installations won't require any extra hardware purchases.

The included hardware is designed for concrete or brick walls and floors. If you're mounting wooden beams or timber flooring, you'll need wood bolts separately, as these aren't included in the box.
