About This Giveaway

At Gymnastics Direct, we occasionally receive equipment that doesn’t meet our retail presentation standards due to minor cosmetic imperfections.

While these items may not look perfect, they remain fully functional, safe, and ready to support training.

Rather than letting them sit in our warehouse, we’re giving them a second life in the places that matter most; Aussie clubs and schools. Enter our Giveaway here.

This initiative forms part of our 20-year celebration, and is our way of giving back to the communities that have supported us over the years.

• Tricking & training facilities

Australia-wide.

Parents, students, and community members are welcome to submit an entry on behalf of a club or school.

How It Works

You can enter our giveaway here.

Over 8 weeks (selection starting May 27, 2026) we’ll be choosing one club or school each week to receive equipment.

To enter:

• Submit your club or school via the form
• Share a little about your facility, programmes, or desire to increase gymnastics movement in your community
• Let us know what equipment would benefit your athletes

Optional entry:

• Share a video on social media and tag @gymnasticsdirect
  (This could be your athletes in action or a short introduction to your club)

Giveaway Schedule

Our giveaway runs over 8 weeks, starting the week of May 25th. One club or school will be selected each week, on Wednesday's. 

Entries are open for the entire duration of the campaign, meaning you can enter at any time and still be considered.

Weekly Selection Dates

• Week 1: 25 – 29 May
• Week 2: 1 – 5 June
• Week 3: 8 – 12 June
• Week 4: 15 – 19 June
• Week 5: 22 – 26 June
• Week 6: 29 June – 3 July
• Week 7: 6 – 10 July 
• Week 8: 13 – 17 July 

A new recipient will be selected and announced each week.

Terms & Conditions / Privacy Agreement

By submitting an entry to the Gymnastics Direct giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to Australian-based clubs, schools, and training facilities, including gymnastics clubs, dance studios, cheer teams, acro gyms, tricking groups, and similar organisations.

Entries may be submitted by club representatives, parents, students, or community members on behalf of a club.

Entry & Selection

Entries are open throughout the campaign period.

One club or school will be selected each week at the discretion of Gymnastics Direct.
Selections may consider factors such as application responses and overall suitability.

Prize and Acceptance 

By accepting the equipment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The equipment is provided in its current condition
• Cosmetic imperfections may be present
• The equipment is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be returned
• Gymnastics Direct will not accept returns or requests for replacements based on cosmetic appearance. 

References to “over $10,000 worth of equipment to win” refer to the total combined value of equipment being given away throughout the full eight-week campaign, and not the prize value awarded to each individual winner.

Freight

Gymnastics Direct will cover standard shipping costs within Australia.

Use of Content & Promotion

By entering this giveaway, you consent to Gymnastics Direct:

• Using your club name, submitted information, and any provided images or videos for marketing and promotional purposes
• Publishing your club name on social media, website, and marketing materials (including as a winner or featured entry)

Marketing Communications

By submitting an entry, you agree to receive email communications from Gymnastics Direct, including updates related to this giveaway and other marketing content.

You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the link provided in our emails.

Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and for Gymnastics Direct communications.

Your information will not be shared with third parties.

General

Gymnastics Direct reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if required
• Verify the validity of entries
• Refuse entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, or do not align with the campaign intent
