Easter School Holidays are just around the corner, and to keep occupied, The Gym Spot has come up with some fun things you can do during this time to cure boredom.
This is a must-do, especially if you or your little ones love the outdoors.
With over 100 elevated obstacles with rope ladders, wobbly bridges, cargo nets and zip-lines, Treetops Adventure Park is located in the Central Coast, Newcastle, Sydney and Coffs Harbour. There are multiple courses available for different ages and levels of difficulty, so even mum and dad can join in on the fun!
Unleash your inner ninja at Ninja Parc! Similar to Tree Tops, this facility is full of obstacles that allow you to use your physical strength to conquer the different obstacles ahead of you. Located at Cooks Hill, Townsville and Bayswater, Ninja Parc is easily accessible to many, and allows for other services such as personal training and is also available to host parties.
Did you know that there are activities for the kids available at your local PCYC?
PCYC NSW is running a variety of activities, including multi-sport, gymnastics, boxing, painting, dance and crafts all holidays. Ideal if you don't want to travel too far, and keep the little ones occupied. Win win!
Getting outside and getting some fresh air is the best way to make the most out of this cooler Autumn weather. National Parks have walking tracks that not only allow you to explore, but cardio is also an excellent form of getting your step count up, and what better way to do it than out in the great outdoors!
For something a little different, why not visit your local museum? Museums have a variety of attractions to see and are a fun way to gain knowledge on historical events. Many museums now have many interactive models that you can engage with, and make the overall experience exciting. Why not make a day out of it?!
